CARL "TRE" LOVELL, III
A former partner in the firm of Mitchelson &
Lovell, LLP, with famed palimony attorney Marvin Mitchelson, Tre
Lovell practices in
Entertainment, Intellectual Property, General Business and Entity
(business formation, contract drafting and review, collection), Estate
Planning (Wills and Trusts) and General Business and Civil Litigation.
He serves his Entertainment industry clientele (numerous independent
production companies, producers, record labels, managers, writers,
directors, artists, investors, distributors, financiers, etc.). He also
serves start-up businesses, Internet ventures, retailers, and
manufacturers. He began with the well-established products liability
firm of Grace, Genson, Cosgrove & Schirm, Los Angeles, where he
concentrated then on products liability, complex litigation and
commercial litigation.
His past clients have included General Motors Corporation,
Chrysler Corporation, Honda North America Inc., Motors Insurance
Corporation, Bank of Los Angeles and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company,
The Film Advisory Board and others. He received his B.A. from Pomona
College of the Claremont Colleges and J.D. at McGeorge School of Law in
1992. He was the gold medal national champion and black belt instructor
in the martial arts.
